Reflection #12
Why can't some people just use the power of suggestion or do those things themselves, instead of commanding other people to go by their will? They're determined to be involved in every single thing that will ameliorate their dossier. They create an illusion, solely for the higher authority, so perfectly that what they do to dissemble are thought to be the real motive coming from their hearts.
They don't understand that authority does not determine them a good leader, but only gives them the opportunity to become one. Being a leader, unlike many thinks, needs higher emotional intelligence as compared to their intelligence quotient. Leaders can only considered to be leaders if they make everyone involved feels that they themselves are also leaders along with them. If antipathy was felt and discussions were languid, there is no need to continue those specious claims, as none of the members will be willing to take your command into action.
If you're true to yourself always, this entry should not affect you, at the very least.
